Feeling Like Home

Our new house is finally starting to feel like "home". We have been here just a little over a week, and have unpacked boxes every day since then. The main living areas are to where we can now relax and enjoy it!

We love being able to see out both directions, open the windows, and enjoy the breeeze. Someone wanted to sneak into the picture :)

One of my favorite parts is the rough hewn cedar mantle. It's so pretty!

We got a new dining room table big enough for lots of friends and family!

This is my little sister Kori's pretty pink room. It's not quite finished..yet. Gage's room still needs painted. It's an awful bright green color.

This is the guest bathroom. Having two sinks makes it so nice!

I was able to mow the backyard yesterday. We haven't had a house with this level of a yard in years. Looks like the perfect place for a pool this summer :)

I really do enjoy living here. I went and got my hair cut yesterday at a place here in town. Everyone seems very friendly and asks lots of questions. It seems that most people know each other and they take time to visit one another. It's a much slower paced lifestyle here. No traffic jams, few stoplights, and no interstate. Best yet, it's not uncommon to see an Amish man riding his tractor to Wal-Mart.

Don't forget to enter the giveaway! Have a good week!
